That’s why we encourage all staff members to complete training and qualifications in developmental areas that they want to improve or explore, such as, colour grading courses, drone operating courses, animation courses, first aid at work courses, etc.

When we’re not on one of our many fun work trips all over the country, Europe or even further afield, we’re working in our Cheltenham HQ in our Mac lab. We believe in rewarding and recognising achievements, so we often go out for celebratory lunches/dinner or drinks when a video project has gone well. We firmly believe that people who enjoy what they do, do it better. That’s why we throw everything into arranging exciting, fun work events, such as, our summer team building day out and our Christmas party.
