Payment

50% to book, 40% on shoot wrap, 10% on final delivery. Invoices Net 14.

Cancellations

7–3 working days before: 50%. Less than 2 working days: Shoot can be re-booked for a fee

Change control

Any scope change requires a Variation Order with time/cost impact approved prior to work.

Data & archiving

Master deliverables archived for 90 days; extended storage available.
