For the last 7 years, we have been turning around video projects in record time, not to simply “get them done” but because we know how excited our clients get watching the content we’ve created for them. We know the frustration of waiting ages for slow agencies that slow down campaigns. We get it, though. Sometimes there are lots of stakeholders that need to approve and see video edits and there may be a long approval process from a client’s side. But it’s our mission to never be the cause of a project slowing down. How do we do the fast track 5-day turnaround guarantee?
Quite simply put it’s in our DNA, in our blood and, ultimately, in our systems. As soon as we’ve finished filming, our edit team whirs into action and jumps into the following steps. Some video shoots we work on see us producing an incredible number of deliverables. as such if you decide to come on board with us as a client. We will work with you to identify what your priorities are so that we can focus on those edits and get them back to you first.
How do we make sure we hit the 5-day turnaround guarantee?
Day 1 after the shoot:
Backup: Backing up your footage to multiple locations because there’s one thing we have learnt, you can never 100% rely on technology.
Day 2 after the shoot:
Process: Review the content taken on the days, find the best shots, and assemble the edit, putting together the best clips.
Day 3 after the shoot:
Edit: Edit the best clips into incredible works of art, combining your video with music, text, colour grade, and audio mix.
Day 4 after the shoot:
QC Check: Our editors and producers go through the edits against our 23-point QC check to make sure the video is edited to brief, the music has been chosen to brief, the sound levels are good, and a light colour grade is applied to the footage.
Day 5 after the shoot:
We send you the video(s) to review!
Are all edits included in the 5-day turnaround guarantee?
Typically, our clients require the main hero video (whatever that may be) from the shoot to be filmed, edited and sent back to them within 5-working days after the film shoot. As our standard price includes 1 main hero video, these edits are included in our 5-day turnaround guarantee. Please note, some projects are excluded from this guarantee. This guarantee is only applicable for 1-day shoots with less than 3x edits, of less than 5 minutes in length each. However, there are options to upgrade larger projects for fast-track.
But, I need my video faster than your standard 5 day turnaround, can you edit quicker or same-day turnaround?
The good news is, yes, we can! In fact, we have been known to turnaround an edit live on the day in real time. Just let us know that you require your video quicker than 5 working days. We have 3x upgrade options.
Sometimes you need to move quickly and get your video out soon if not immediately for those of you who speed is of the upmost importance, we have an upgrade for you.

What is this guarantee you talk about?
This isn’t just a promise to you; this is also a promise to ourselves. We are so confident that we will stick to this five working day deadline that if we fail to deliver your video in time, we will give you a free filming day to film, whatever you want!
You could film some interviews with your leadership team, content from an event, film your staff, capture testimonial footage, or do anything you like it is completely up to you! If the shoot is within 30 miles of our HQ in Cheltenham, we won’t even charge you mileage or expenses! All you need to do is pay for the editing and you get a video at an incredibly reduced price. The free filming day includes 1x videographer capturing anything you like for free!
What’s the catch? This sounds too good to be true.
Sounds too good to be true? Well, there are a few small caveats that have to be in place in order to enable us to hit the FastTrack 5-working-day turnaround for you, putting the guarantee in place.
- We need you to supply all assets to us five working days before filming. This includes any logos, fonts, brand guidelines, music choices, etc. If you fail to provide this to us we are unable to enter into this guarantee. This helps us get all our ducks in a row and hit the ground running.
- The storyboard/brief needs to be signed off 5 working days before filming. This is because you need to agree upfront what the video will look and feel like with your team.
- Music style choice needs to be provided upfront.
- Cut-downs are excluded from this guarantee. We always focus on the main edits and getting those done first. After that, we can then cut down your videos. This is because the main part of the project has been signed off. This prevents us from duplicating our work, consequently speeding up our editing time. Only one video is applicable for the 5-working day turnaround guarantee.
- This guarantee is currently applicable for projects valued between £4,000 – £14,000 + VAT and typically covers 1 to 3 edits.
